• Be sure to select a high-resolution image to get a crisp, clear result in your design (Avoid screenshots and images downloaded from apps or social networks.). Low quality images may result in a blurry or pixelated print.
  
• When choosing a large size, it is recommended that the photograph be of high resolution.
  
• Avoid long texts. Preferably use short and direct texts.
  
• If the product or frame is a gift for a specific occasion (such as Christmas, anniversaries or birthdays), be sure to choose a design and colors that reflect the holiday.
  
• Before finalizing, check the preview of the customized product to make sure everything looks as expected. Check that the text, photos and colors are in the right place and look good.
  
• Wipe the frame with a soft, dry cloth to avoid scratching the glass or frame surface. Avoid sunlight, products are recommended for indoor use.

1. Once you have chosen the product of your preference, you can proceed to upload the photos and texts of your choice for customization. You can also choose the size, color or any other available option.

The frames are ready to hang.

2. When you finish your design you add it to the shopping cart. There you manage your payment and shipping information. Don't forget that you can add as many products as you want and make a single shipment.

3. Once payment is approved, we receive your order and proceed to manufacture your item. You will also receive a confirmation email.

We then ship your order within approximately 3 to 6 working days. Please note that the total delivery time includes both manufacturing and shipping, which may vary depending on the type of product, its complexity and other factors.

You will receive your order within 4 to 6 working days after payment approval.

Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase.

We do not accept returns of personalized items unless they are faulty or damaged. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving it to arrange for a replacement or a refund.

If you would like to replace a damaged order, we will send a replacement within 15 business days after your replacement request has been approved.

We provide refunds for faulty or damaged items, including personalized items that are faulty or damaged. If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 15 days of receipt to request a replacement or a refund. Kindly provide photos and videos of the damage or defect.

We do not share, supply or sell the photos or images you send us. The photos you send us will remain in our database for a period of 24 working days. After that time, we will completely delete the submitted images in a strict manner.
